Youth Programs
Comprehensive after-school programs, mentorship, and educational support for young people ages 8-17. Financial literacy is integrated as a foundational component to build lifelong money management skills.
Adult Programs
Job training, career coaching, and professional development programs for adults ages 18-54. Financial literacy education empowers participants to achieve career success and financial independence.
Re-entry Program
Trauma-informed workforce reintegration, financial stabilization, and opportunity pathways that support successful reentry and long-term self-sufficiency.

Carolina Cares is Invest 3C Foundation’s community giving campaign—built to meet urgent needs and remove real-life barriers that keep people from showing up, staying engaged, and moving forward. When basic necessities are unstable, education and employment outcomes suffer. Carolina Cares steps in with rapid-response support and community-powered solutions.
We serve individuals and families working hard to move ahead—but many are one setback away from crisis. Housing instability, lack of reliable transportation, and clothing insecurity can derail progress fast. Carolina Cares exists to bridge that gap—so people can focus on learning, working, and building stability.
